Here’s a little something about me:

I grew up in Estonia. It’s a small Northern-European country with a fairytale language, deep forests, countless bogs and 2222 islands.

I have 2 active sons, who both follow an unconventional and self-directed path to education as I feel very strongly about educational freedom. We also have a cat and a horse and we live in the North West of Ireland with mountains, oceans, fey and rain.

The teachings, teachers and philosophies that have formed and supported me are the ancient Buddhism and Kasmhiri Shaivism, Gene Keys by Richard Rudd and the book/philosophy and teaching known as A Course In Miracles.

I am a GPBA (Global Professional Breathwork Alliance) certified Breathwork practitioner and I have worked with Source Process and Breathwork and its creator, the oldest breathwork master alive, Binnie A Dansby, for more than 20 years. I am an organiser, supervisor and mentor in International SOURCE Process and Breathwork therapist training in UK and Estonia.

I’m also a big fan of Celtic Ogham and Druids and have a BA in Special Education.

My mission and purpose through all I that do is to facilitate profound transformations.

I’ve worked with over 300+ individual clients (mostly loving and passionate mothers) and I have more than 15 years of professional experience.

I have been intimately in love with the unknown, the main ingredient of change, for most of my life as I’ve been to 6 different schools, lived in 3 different countries, been through different forms of relationships, renovated and sold a farm-house, published my first book in 2023, run and constantly upgrade my own company and projects, and I’m forever expanding in what I can and cannot do.

A human being is the meeting place of heaven and earth. When we create an atmosphere of honesty, trust, empowerment and healing - everything will become alive in us and our dreams become effortless and possible. In that, I LOVE working with:

  • sensitive and spiritual mothers who sometimes find themselves overwhelmed and stressed out

  • travellers of the inner landscapes, who are seeking passion, meaning and more connection

  • hidden creatives and change-makers, who are willing and ready to dive in and make their dreams a reality

I would also love for you to know that even though I have years of experience, I read a lot and consult with others if needed, I mostly live and work from my intuition, inspiration and direct sense. And this is the main thing I can guide you towards: finding what feels good and trusting your inner knowing. My approach is simple yet profound, efficient, and rooted in great philosophy and the reality of Life.
