I offer a safe and non-judgemental listening space, process-work/questions if needed, supportive techniques, transforming energy and changing perspective (deepening or meditation) and clear steps to take to Re-Connect and Re-Source yourself!

Most people ask me about the non-dual perspective on their relationships with the intimate trinity: kids, partner and parents and most often we also dive into creative processes. That is deeply welcomed as no relationship will ever feel successful in the long run if we keep ourselves in the problematic space of mind and apply tricks and techniques but don’t allow ourselves to truly heal.

My approach is deeply rooted in non-duality (though not in a traditional way), practical spirituality and respectful relationships. I always strive for genuine passion, an open heart and activation of all senses, and connection to your inspiration and inner resources.

    Talk & Heal sessions happen in real life or via zoom.

    One session is 65 eur/h. All sessions need to be paid 24h upfront and cancelled for a refund 24h before the scheduled time.

  • Please be aware that my approach is very practical and down-to-earth. I may not follow the same spiritual concepts you might have, so it is essential that you bring a sense of openness to learn and expand with you!
